Payment info: Processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
Invoice data: Client names, job descriptions, amounts, payment status
Usage data: App interactions, device type, crash reports

To provide and improve the Done² service
To process invoices and payments
To communicate with you about your account
To comply with legal obligations

3. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: For payment processing
Your clients: Invoice details you choose to send
Legal requirements: If required by law

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and invoice data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

Done² is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
