Refund Policy

Service Fee ($2.00)

The $2.00 fee is charged when you download or send a watermark-free PDF of your estimate or invoice, or send a payment link to your client — whichever comes first. This fee is non-refundable once the action has been completed, as the service has been delivered.

If the download, send, or payment link fails due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a refund for the $2.00 fee.

Client Payments

Payments made by your clients for your services are deposited directly to your connected bank account via Stripe. Refunds to clients for services rendered are between you and your client — Done² does not manage disputes between tradespeople and their clients.

Payment Processing Fees

Stripe's payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable, as per Stripe's policies.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@donesquared.app within 30 days of the charge.
