By using Done² ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Done² is operated by Done Squared ("we," "us," "our"), based in Los Angeles, California.
Done² is a mobile invoicing application for tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, contractors, etc.). The App enables users to create, send, and manage invoices and receive payments from their clients.
Done² charges a flat fee of $2.00 per invoice sent. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or contracts. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply separately to client payments.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using Done², you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Client payments are deposited directly to the tradesperson's connected bank account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You agree not to use Done² for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to attempt to circumvent payment systems, or to interfere with the App's operation.
All content, design, and technology in Done² is owned by Done Squared. You retain ownership of the content you create (invoices, client data).
Done² is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. There is nothing to cancel since there is no subscription.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
